These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Life UP mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Life UP helps you build discipline through daily missions, habits, streaks and progress tracking. The App provides guidance and self‑improvement tools; it is not medical, psychological, financial or professional advice.

2. Accounts

You may use the App with Sign in with Apple or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

3. Subscriptions

• Life UP offers an optional auto‑renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) for premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Free trial

The App may offer a limited free trial period. Access to premium features ends when the trial expires unless you subscribe.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

6. Health information

If you connect Apple Health, the App uses that data only to enhance your experience on your device. The App is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a qualified professional for medical advice.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
